How much does taco catering cost in Las Vegas?
Full-service taco catering starts at $406 including tax for up to 25 guests, which covers a Taco Master, the mesquite grill station, a toppings bar, and two hours of unlimited service. Each additional adult is $15. Location fees apply on the Strip ($60), at Allegiant Stadium ($150), and in North Las Vegas ($30). Most events land between $15 and $17 per person.
What is the difference between full-service and drop-off catering?
Full service brings Taco Masters who grill on site and serve unlimited rounds for two hours. Drop-off delivers the same mesquite-grilled meats in labeled trays with the toppings bar packed to go, ideal for offices with tight lunch windows.
Do you cater on the Strip and at Allegiant Stadium?
Yes. Strip events add a flat $60 logistics fee and Allegiant Stadium tailgates add $150 for lot access and early setup. Both are shown up front in the instant quote calculator.
How far in advance should I book?
Two to three weeks for most dates. Graduation season (May, June), December weekends, and Raiders home games book out a month or more ahead. An online deposit locks your date instantly.
Do you handle dietary restrictions?
Yes. Corn tortillas are naturally gluten-free, we offer a vegetarian station add-on, and the build-your-own toppings bar means every guest controls their own plate. Tell us about allergies in the quote form and we plan around them.
